Day 02:

Kathmandu (1310m/4297ft) – Dhading Besi (612m/2007ft) – Percho (1520m/4986ft) – 116km – (M)

After enjoying breakfast at the hotel, accompanied by your trek guide and porter/s, embark on a drive via regular local bus/microbus, or your privately reserved vehicle to Dhading Besi, passing through the Prithivi Highway. After approximately 3 hours, you will reach Dhading Besi, the district headquarters of Dhading District. Take a short break before transferring to another regular local jeep, shared with other locals, for a 4-hour drive to Dundure Khola. The route passes through majestic landscapes, including Jumre hill, Katunje, Lapang Phedi, and Dharkha village, finally reaching Dundure Khola. Although the road extends all the way to Borang village, your trek begins from Dundure Khola for acclimatization. After walking for 2-3 hours, you will reach Percho village for an overnight stay in a local house.
